My boss insist that I finish all the work before I take that "awesome break" Boss.. please aight! As if I'm never coming back from that "awesome break" ..... apaaaaan seghhhhh... <--- I kinda like this one .. *wassup with that? OMG!! stressed much... My desk is fill with files to closed!! So, what would you differently? If you have had to go through a near-death experience, your whole life would flash infront of you, or atleast, it should. For those who didn’t get that flash, it’s time to reshuffle your thoughts. What would you do differently? Repeating the question means that I am emphasizing that you really should start over fresh, To really start anew means leaving your past baggage behind. Make something worth “flashing” about.
Is it really necessary to go through a near-death experience to think about these existentialist thoughts? Why not think about it before the after-math?
When you think about this, the one thing that comes to mind is BE BETTER! Do something better! Make something happen! Stop thinking about the next time you could do it but start thinking about NOW time! Maybe, the thing to do is to stop thinking about it. Colour your hair, become a doctor. Whatever. Just do it!
There are a million and one things that we wish that we could do differently. A million and one thing that we regret more than half of our life! But when we ponder about the things we wish we could and/or regret in our life, what do we ordinarily do about it?
The most common human nature is that it will only takes us 5 minutes to realize all of this is true and 5 seconds to forget that we oughta do something about it. Sadly we keep on doing the stuff that we wish we do differently and/or regret after!
All this has to mean something but what is it that’s keeping us from doing something about it and all ends to only 5 seconds moment. Are we too comfortable with ourself that we subconsciously don’t actually want to do something about it?? Is that even possible?
Here’s the truth though, in our life, we’ll regret more about the things we didn’t do than the things we did because, we could honestly say “oh, I’ve learnt something today” after committing a mistake. What could you say about a non-existent experience?
Its amazing how little belief we have in ourself. We have to hear that one good advice from a third party to actually believe in it full heartedly. Then we’d laugh back and say “I knew that”. Right, you do. You just didn’t believe enough.
The thoughts could go on endlessly and so could this blog. This could be our 5 minutes 5 second forget thoughts or 5 minutes remedy for life improvement.
Still thinking we need a 3rd party to say so?

The Olympic Village is not to be confused with the Olympic Stadium area (which is also worth a visit). The village is the hotel district, which was built to accommodate all the tourists who came to watch the 1992 Olympic games. Visiting the beautiful beach located near this area is a pleasant way to escape from the bustling city. Best Sangria: La Oveja Negra
This place is great. Not only does it serve the best sangria in the world, but the atmosphere is one of a kind. Known as a "rustic tavern," it is certainly no ordinary pub. There is no actual bar inside, but rather long tables, the tops of which are thick slabs of wood, giving the place an almost medieval essence. They only serve beer or sangria, and you have to buy it by the pitcher, but you can't beat their prices! While La Oveja is well known among the natives, it seems to be a gathering place for British tourists especially in the late summer. It is perpetually filled by a large but amiable crowd, and it's easy to make lots of new friends just standing in line (or queue as the case may be)! If you want to have a table to sit at though, I recommend getting there at about 10:00 p.m. To get there, take the Metro to Placa Catalunya. From there, begin walking down the Ramblas, turning right on the first street you come to. From there turn left on the first street you find. That should be Calle Sitges. La Oveja Negra will be off to your right. Enjoy! Best Ice Cream
Right off La Rambla on a little side street called Santa Ana is the best ice cream shop in the whole world! With flavors like coconut, mango, black berry, pistachio, leche marengada, and many more, this place is the best ice cream shop in the whole city. To be honest, however, I didn't pay attention to the name of the place. To get there, just look for La Calle Santa Ana off La Rambla, and look for a 3 foot wooden ice cream cone outside the door. Trust me; it's worth the trip! Best Restaurant
4Gats is by far the best place to get a taste of real Catalan food and real Catalan culture. This is the very place where Picasso, Russinol, and other modernist artists used to hang out. Picasso himself drew the design on the menu, and several dozen of his original paintings adorn the walls. The food is excellent and very authentic to the region, and sometimes, you might even be able to catch a live musical act while you eat. Best Night Life
The Maremagnum is by far the most popular spot for a night on the town. This complex is relatively new; it was established in 1997, and it has something for everyone. A one-building complex, it contains shops (over-priced, but fun to window shop), ice cream parlors (quite good), and a huge variety of restaurants, discotheques, and bars. One thing that really annoyed me in Spain was that everyone seems to smoke, which can make an otherwise fun night very uncomfortable. One thing I really liked about Maremagnum was the open area on the roof. You can relax and enjoy a drink, grab a bite to eat, dance, or even play mini golf up there. The bright neon lights at night create a beautiful atmosphere, and the open air makes for much easier breathing. Most Beautiful Church: The Cathedral
The Cathedral of Barcelona is a must see attraction. It is a beautiful place to attend mass, and also a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. Be sure to also check out Santa Maria del Mar (another Gothic church) and some of the others such as San Just I Pastor. While the Gothic cathedral is the most famous, the others are also quite beautiful and worth a trip. Best Park: Parc Guell
Parc Guell is one of the most impressive parks you'll ever visit, and it is a "must see" attraction for anyone visiting the city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get there. Anyway you go you're in for a long, tiring hike. When Gaudi built this place, he decided to work with the natural terrain rather than try to modify it. The result is a very impressive park in the side of an exhaustingly steep hill. Take note of the clever irrigation system Gaudi created. The water comes down through the pillars of the pavilion (underneath the place with the contoured benches), and the water comes out at the lizard fountain . . . and while I'm all for going off the beaten path, every visitor to Barcelona just has to have their picture taken next to the lizard fountain! Best Art/ Entertainment: Las Ramblas
For people watching and artwork, nothing beats La Rambla, the most infamous street in Barcelona. It stretches from Placa Catalunya all the way to the Mediterranean port. There you can see vendors selling canaries, people posing as statues (if you throw a coin, they'll move around), people playing music of all types, and toward the end near the port, artists selling their wares. Many will even do personalized artwork for you while you wait! Best Architecture: The Guell Tour
If you enjoy modernist architecture, you'll love this city. Antoni Gaudi is perhaps the most famous of all Barcelona's modernist architects, and his last work, El Templo de la Sagrada Familia is a must see attraction. He worked on it for 42 years before his death about 70 years ago, and construction continues today. Gaudi's other works are also worth a visit, but I especially recommend taking a tour of the Guell Palace. Given the confined conditions he had to work with, his use of space is truly amazing! To get to Sagrada Familia, just take the #5 (purple) Metro line to the station with that name. To get to the Guell Palace, go down La Rambla and Turn right on La Rambla Nou. You'll recognize the Palace by its two giant parabolic arcs at the entrance. Have a great time! ps: FC Barcelona.. Football Club Barcelona : this is a must GO!!! Movie: starring Jennifer Garner, Juliette Lewis storyline: It's from Susannah Grant, the writer of Erin Brockovich, which I remember feeling was fairly coherent. I can only guess that someone high up had it in for Jennifer Garner and sabotaged the editing room. Something. Because its tone is all over the place. The action goes nowhere. Or else it goes fishing. Or else it goes to that weird wacky romantic-comedy land where no one is allowed to behave like a rational human being. Just think, I was not even sleepy but I slept after like 40minutes of airing! shocker!! 4. The Perfect Man 
Movie: starring Hillary Duff, Heather Locklear storyline: "The Perfect Man" takes its idiotic plot and uses it as the excuse for scenes of awesome stupidity. The perfect sleeping pills 3. Citizen Kane 
HBO Mini Series: starring Liev Schreiber, James Cromwell, Melanie Griffith storyline: This HBO mini-series tells the story behind the legendary movie CITIZEN KANE, which had a working title of "RKO #281." It's the story of the battle between Orson Welles (director and star of CITIZEN KANE), and William Randolph Hearst (whose real life bore an incredibly strong resemblance to the movie's main character).

Movie: starring Lindsay Lohan, Chris Pine storyline: This is one of those movies in which, because one of the plot elements is somewhat supernatural (in this case, it's bad-luck superstitions–turned–reality), the filmmakers decide that no logic is necessary at all. Everyone can be something other than human and it doesn't matter because it's supposed to be a lighthearted fantasy. For example: Lohan has to run around Manhattan kissing a team of professional male dancers to find the one who kissed her and ruined her luck. When she does this, only one of them turns out to be gay. One. Me and my sis have this sayin' ... "Just my luck Mode on" means fu@ck'n bored mode on* and if its "X-Men mode on" means get your ass movin' mode on* hahahaha ultimately ..... Last night I got back from work at my "unusually" early hours 8ish.. Bought that Dimetapp that Ree recommended... got home.. eat something (to be safe) hehe took 2 of those. after, took one of Lemsip (Max) Cold & Flu and finally my best friend Mr Ibuprofen did the final work for me... Finally.... like a mother waiting for 9 months to hold her baby in her arms... I bloody SLEEP!!!!! I did... tap me in the back people!!! I deserve it so much!!!! woke up this morning is another story though... I'm officially SICK!! I dont do SICK .. seriously! another shot of Lemsip (Max) and Mr Ibuprofen on the rocks please! Cant take sexy Dimetapp on the beach this morning.. I have to be at work later .. apparently If I take whole day sick leave.. my company would collapse to the ground (gone in the wind) Anyway.... despite my unwanted sickness today... Last night was great! Thanks boys!! hehe See you again tonight... same time same place....
Not feeling all that well today... Finally that no sleep is getting to me! I coming down with a flu.. no fever yet, but thats coming .. I can feel it! Can I go home now? I dont feel like working at all today... I've post some Adam Sandler's to make myself feel better.. it work but still think I need to go home and "not sleep" in peace... Dont feel like my flirty self today.. yup thats right.. I'm that kinda person. Hey whatever works right? I think I'm passed that wanting to sleep thingy.. like menyamal sudah my eyes ah! I dont know if its wise for me to take some sleeping pills just for today maybe.... Hhhmmmm......Lets see... who I know have some of those!!

Trip to the loo is like a vacation to me!! I just dont get it.. why? seriously why? am I not being able to sleep! My sis told me I probably have loads on my mind.. but its pretty much empty now... I've drained out the last bit last 3 weeks ago when this so called insomnia started! At work I'm yawning like whatever but when I reach home.. I'm wide awake like whatever again! Not complaining just wondering what is up with that? good thing about it is that I dont have to make up my bed in the morning.. I'm on my bed with this lappy... my true companion for the night... sadly its not speaking back to me... But if that should ever happen.. I'll freak and go to sleep immediately.. haha..
